You’ll play a critical role in developing injectable antibody-based therapies, driving innovation in drug product development, and ensuring clinical readiness through ICH stability studies and CMC collaboration.
About the Role
You will join a dynamic cross-functional CMC Drug Product Development team responsible for the development, manufacturing of biopharmaceutical drug products. Depending on your expertise, you will specialize in the following:
Senior Scientist – Formulation Development & Stability: In this role, you will focus on the design and optimization of formulations for biologic drug products and lead stability programs to support clinical and commercial development.
Your Mission
- Develop liquid and lyophilized formulations for biologics
- Lead stability studies (DS, DP, reference standards) per ICH guidelines
- Perform in-use compatibility testing for clinical readiness
- Use digital tools for trend analysis and shelf-life prediction
- Manage CDMO collaboration, deviations, and process improvements
- Prepare regulatory documentation in collaboration with QA and RA teams
- Develop phase-appropriate formulations (liquid and lyophilized) for injectable administration
What You Bring
- Master’s or PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, or related field
- 5+ years in drug product development for biologics
- Hands-on experience with lyophilization, ADCs, or bispecific antibodies
- Familiarity with CMC development and regulatory expectations
- Strong communication and project ownership mindset
- Fluent in English
