We are looking for a Scientist to join the Computational Antibody Design team within the Antibody Technology department.

This position focuses on antibody repertoire analysis and bioinformatics workflows supporting therapeutic antibody discovery and candidate selection, including bispecific antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct innovative research in antibody discovery with a focus on repertoire analysis and bioinformatics
  • Design and perform advanced antibody repertoire analyses supporting discovery and hit selection of therapeutic antibody candidates from in vivo and in vitro workflows
  • Act as the main bioinformatics researcher within therapeutic research projects, planning and performing antibody property prediction and data analysis
  • Develop and maintain antibody bioinformatics pipelines supporting experimental workflows, new antibody modalities, and emerging research methods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computational findings into broader research initiatives, therapeutic programs, and platform development activities
  • Work closely with experimental scientists, technicians, bioinformaticians, data scientists, and ML engineers across research programs
  • Contribute to the implementation of new computational methods and bioinformatics workflows


Required Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, Computational Chemistry, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with immune repertoire analysis, ideally antibody repertoires
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and running bioinformatics pipelines
  • Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with version control systems
  • Experience with machine learning methods is considered advantageous
  • Ability to communicate scientific findings clearly in a collaborative and multidisciplinary research environment
  • Familiarity with protein structure prediction and analysis, oncology, inflammatory diseases, or drug discovery is advantageous
  • Collaborative, rigorous, and scientifically curious working style
